I'm Carol Jones, an English-born artist based in Australia. I've been creative my whole life, beginning my career as a barber where I developed a deep appreciation for precision, detail and working with my hands. Over the past few years I’ve shifted my focus fully to painting and drawing.

My practice moves between two worlds. I create intricate fine line black and white drawings of flowers and patterns and I also paint the moon, sunsets, vibrant florals and cosmic nebulae in oils. Both are rooted in a love for nature, stillness and the quiet magic found in natural and celestial forms. Through my art I aim to capture moments of beauty from everyday to the universal and I invite a sense of calm, wonder and connection into your space.
